What should I do if I miss my delivery?

The courier companies attempt delivery on the same address at least twice. However, instead of them attempting delivery again and missing you, it'll be advisable to let the courier company know of a suitable time and date when you'll be present at the delivery address and have them attempt delivery again.

 If your product is damaged you can process the return on the product and you will receive the refund amount in 3-7 business days.

We accept all forms of online payment and Cash on delivery.

Will I have to pay for any hidden costs like sales tax etc?

No. You only have to pay the product amount and a standard shipping fee if you avail COD.

Can I pay using international currency?

No, we only accept Indian currency.

For cash on delivery products can I check the package before making a payment?



How do I return my product?

Verify product return request, create return request, process payment and complete return. 

What is your returns policy?

Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you send it back to the manufacturer, we won't be able to send it back or proceed with a refund.

Can I return the product to the delivery person if I did not like it?


Why did my bank account transfer request fail?

Bank transfers can fail if the beneficiary bank is unable to process the transfer request in real-time. You can re-try the transfer attempts in such cases after a few minutes.

Do I get the shipping charges refunded in case of return?


When is the refund for my return provided?

Refund will be processed as soon as we check the product is in its expected state of return and matches the problem description and the amount will be processed within 3-7 business days.


When will the return order be picked up?

We will contact you after you fill in the return details and the return can be processed within the following 1-2 business days.

Why is my return put on hold?

The return may be put on hold for various reasons, either the vendor may be suffering from natural calamities or the payment details or contact details are yet to be verified. We may process your return as soon as the formalities are completed.

Probably the most common cause of not being able to log in to a website is using the wrong password.

Yes, your personal information is secure. You can edit your personal information by going to your profile.

How can I remove the product(s) from my bag or saved items?

You can delete items from your cart by clicking on the trash can icon beside the product.

We have sizes from xs to 5xl available on our site currently, but please keep checking our site periodically for further notification on your desired size.

How do I apply for a coupon?

 You can apply a discount code at checkout after selecting your products.

Do I need to login to checkout?

Yes, you will have to login to complete the checkout process.


How do I track my order?

You will receive your tracking number on your mail and as a text message. It's easy to track your package once you have your tracking number. You simply enter the tracking number into the Tracking page. You'll get the current status of an item along with other tracking information.

Is there a maximum amount to avail COD?

No. We provide COD on all small and big orders.

Why is there an extra charge for COD?

This protects us from the risk that a customer will not pay or pays late for goods and ensures reliable cash flow. For consumers, COD gives them additional time to fund the full payment.


Is there a minimum order?


When will my order be confirmed and my card charged?

 On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time will be provided as soon as the shipping label is generated and your card will be charged as soon as you place the order.

Can I change or cancel my order before it’s dispatched?

An order cannot be canceled after the confirmation.

Do you give a discount for large orders?

Currently we don't.

 Standard delivery with online payment is free and the charge for cash on delivery with standard shipping is 100 Rs

Can I collect my order from you?

We currently don't have an outlet but you will receive the delivery on your shipping address.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

You can start a return and refund of the package right away.
