The package I received was damaged?

If your product is damaged you can request the return here. Once the order has been picked up and checked, you will receive the refund amount in 3-7 business days. We only refund the item price and not shipping cost.


What are the various modes of payment accepted?

We use secure payment gateway to process online payments and also provide COD (Cash On Delivery) service.

Will I have to pay for any hidden costs like sales tax etc?

No. Total price is inclusive of GST amount.

Can I pay using international currency?

No, we only accept Indian currency.

For cash on delivery products can I check the package before making a payment?

If you find any issues with the product, we encourage you to request a return instead of declining the shipment.


How do I return my product?

Start a return by clicking here. Once you place a new request. Depending upon the zip code, you will have two options - Pick up parcel from home or Drop off. After we receive the returned items we will refund your Bill Amount (minus the shipping)

What is your returns policy?

Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you send it back to the manufacturer, we won't be able to send it back or proceed with a refund.

Can I return the product to the delivery person if I did not like it?


Why did my bank account transfer request fail?

Bank transfers can fail if the beneficiary bank is unable to process the transfer request in real-time. You can re-try the transfer attempts in such cases after a few minutes.

When is the refund for my return provided?

After we receive the returned items. It takes 7-14 business days for the amount to show in your bank account.


When will the return order be picked up?

We will contact you after you fill in the return details and the return can be processed within the following 1-2 business days.

Why is my return put on hold?

The return may be put on hold for various reasons, either the vendor may be suffering from natural calamities or the payment details or contact details are yet to be verified. We may process your return as soon as the formalities are completed.

You can delete items from your cart by clicking on the trash can icon beside the product.

We have sizes from xs to 5xl available on our site currently, but please keep checking our site periodically for further notification on your desired size.

 You can apply a discount code at checkout after selecting your products.

No, checkout is completely hassle free. We will never ask you to create an account for checking out


How do I track my order?

You will receive your tracking number on your mail and as a text message. It's easy to track your package once you have your tracking number. Alternatively, you can use the chat to get quick status on your order using your order id and email.

Is there a maximum amount to avail COD?

The maximum order value to avail COD is 2000 INR. There is no minimum value.

When will my order be confirmed and my card charged?

 On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time will be provided as soon as the shipping label is generated and your card will be charged as soon as you place the order.

Can I change or cancel my order before it’s dispatched?

An order cannot be canceled after the confirmation.
